Avant senior broker Gerald Steele and broker Lee Bussell, Jr. recently
represented the buyer, Progress Land Development, LLC, in
the purchase of a ±10,354 square foot (SF) industrial building located
at 700 Gracern Road
in Columbia. Progress Land Development purchased the property from
Interstate Associated Investors for $600,000 ($57.95 per SF). The
current tenant Arclabs Welding
School will remain the tenant.
