NAI Avant announces the least transaction of ±3,151 square feet of office space at 1201 Main Street. Holder, Padgett, Littlejohn & Pricket, LLC will occupy the space, represented by broker Peyton Bryant.

The firm will be relocating from 4500 Fort Jackson Boulevard to this downtown space.
