NAI Avant Closes ±2.09 Acre Fernandina Road Sale

NAI Avant announced the sale of ±2.09 acres of land on Fernandina Road at Exit 104 (I-26). Senior brokers Gerald Steele and Bobby Hathaway represented the seller Hina T. Mehta in the transaction.

Quantum Business Group, LLC purchased the land for $690,000.

The site is in a well trafficked commercial cluster along Piney Grove and Fernandina Road. The area is experiencing continued development, with the site directly across from the Midlands first Costco. It is adjacent to the Quality Inn, Green’s Warehouse, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Hardee’s and Sunoco station. Other retailers nearby include Carmax, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mictrotel, and Country Inn & Suites.
