Club Pilates, Wayback Burgers and Wings Place have joined the lineup at Lexington Square, a new neighborhood-oriented retail center in South Carolina being developed by commercial real estate development firm S.J. Collins Enterprises.

The three new retailers are projected to open this year. A nearly 50,000-square-foot Lowes Foods grocery store opened at the retail center last year.

The merchants open now include Clean Juice, Firenza Pizza, Hollywood Feed, Orangetheory Fitness, Pacific Dental Services, Palm Beach Tan and Sola Salon Studios. Creative Nail Salon and Sukiya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi are expected to open in spring 2018.

“We have secured an impressive roster of retailers for Lexington Square,” said Justin Latone, director of leasing at S.J. Collins. “This diverse merchandising mix pairs well with Lowes Foods and illustrates the strength of the Lexington marketplace.”

With a total retail building square footage of almost 87,000 square feet, the retail hub represents a $30 million investment in the market, bringing with it over 200 jobs. Located at 5222 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, Lexington Square is easily accessible at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Hope Ferry Road.
