A new Holiday Inn is slated for 1233 Washington Street in Downtown Columbia. NAI Avant Director of Retail Services Patrick Palmer represented the buyer, Lexington Hospitality, LLC, in the transaction. They purchased the ±42,000 square foot, 10 story building from ROIF Washington, LLC for $1,950,000.

The project should be completed by fall 2019.
