   Creative Builders Incorporated focuses on much more than commercial building. The firm focus on building a company family-focused culture that collectively looks for the positive in all situations. Creative Builder’s positive attitude creates a great place to work and great people to work with.

At the firm, employees make it a point to spend time together. The annual company outing is always a major event on the team’s calendar—for the past three years, they’ve taken the day off to go on a fishing expedition. Lunch is served and there’s a friendly competition to catch the largest fish.

“Some of the top things that our employees love about Creative Builders is the people. Our culture is growing stronger every day due to the amazing coworkers we have,” said Claudia Figueroa, the firm’s human resource manager.

On top of creating opportunities for employees to cultivate interpersonal relationships with their coworkers, Creative Builders provides multiple training sessions throughout the year to encourage collaboration and efficiency while utilizing the latest technology to simplify processes and work more efficiently. Creative Builder’s field employees use applications on their iPads to assist with construction. Last summer, they were trained on other programs to make their jobs easier.

The collaborative company culture is one of the reasons why Creative Builders Incorporated is being recognized again.

“It was an honor for our employees and company to be recognized publicly for something we are blessed to experience every day,” said Figueroa. “This public acknowledgement has only solidified our belief in what we are doing every day with our clients, in our community, and for one another.”
