NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant has recently completed the $2,850,000 investment sale of 108 Rowland Avenue, a ±155,840-square-foot industrial building located in Heath Springs, S.C. The building sold to Agracel Inc. from Effingham, Ill. and is 100 percent occupied.

Bryant also recently completed the $1,265,000 investment sale of 7611 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, S.C. The ±7,400-square-foot medical office building was purchased by a 1031 Exchange Purchaser from Anderson, S.C. It is 100 percent occupied by Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, whose lease was facilitated by Bryant in June.
