Colliers International Represents Seller In Sale Of Industrial Warehouse In Downtown Columbia

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, and Thomas Beard represented the seller, L W Investments LLC, in the $1.340 million sale of 728 Vine Street to Best Supply Properties, LLC.

“This transaction represents the strong demand to purchase existing free-standing vacant industrial properties by occupier companies,” said Chuck Salley, vice president and director of the industrial brokerage team with Colliers International | South Carolina. “We were pleased to be able to guide the sellers through a complex yet successful sale.”

728 Vine Street is a 40,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on approximately 2.7 acres located near Bluff Road in downtown Columbia. It is situated along the CSX rail line and offers convenient access to three major interstates: I-77, I-26, and I-20. The Columbia Metropolitan Airport and UPS Air & Ground Hub are only 20 minutes away, with two international airports, Charlotte Douglas and Charleston, only an hour drive from the site.
