NAI Columbia announces the sale of the former Dianne’s on Devine restaurant located at 2400 Devine Street in Columbia. Principal and Director of Retail Services Patrick Palmer, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction. The building sold for $975,000 to Hickory, N.C.-based Backstreets Bar & Grill, who is purchasing the building to open a new location of its North Carolina restaurant.
