Starting April 29, 2019, SCE&G and PSNC Energy customers will see new company names on their bills and other correspondence. Bills will come from Dominion Energy South Carolina and Dominion Energy North Carolina.

“While the name and logo are changing, customers can still count on the excellent service they have come to expect from their electricity and natural gas company,” said Rodney Blevins, president and CEO of Dominion Energy’s Southeast Energy Group. “We will take the time to do our rebranding right so that the change is as seamless as possible for customers. Our customers deserve to know who they are doing business with so that they are better protected from scams or fraud, and they will know who to call for safety issues such as gas leaks or downed power lines.”

The Dominion Energy name and logo will be added to other items over time, including:

• Employee uniforms and hardhats
• Approximately 2,000 bucket trucks and other company vehicles
• Employee ID badges
• Social media channels

When customers need help, they will continue to call 800-251-7234 in South Carolina and 877-776-2427 in North Carolina. The automated phone greeting now says Dominion Energy. If customers enter previous website addresses, they will still reach the newly named websites: www.DominionEnergySC.com and www.DominionEnergyNC.com.
