Trinity Partners Columbia Property Management team, led by Senior Property Manager Ashley Owens, has recently earned more than 200,000 square feet in new management assignments. The new assignments, 4408 Forest Drive (12,654 square feet), 4100 N. Main St. (14,502 square feet), 130 Pinnacle Point Court (110,000 square feet), 1021 Pinnacle Point Drive (40,441 square feet), and 1074 Pinnacle Point Drive (30,000 square feet), are a mix of office, medical office, and flex space located in the Columbia region.
