Saluda River Club Named “Best New Community/Subdivision” by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina

Saluda River Club, the master-planned residential community along the Saluda River in Lexington, S.C., has won a Pinnacle Award from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina for “Best New Community/Subdivision.” The Pinnacle Awards recognize the craftsmanship of the best home builders and remodelers across South Carolina, and 30 Pinnacle Awards were given in five categories. Saluda River Club won in the “Best Subdivision” category.

“My team and I are extremely gratified to have won the Pinnacle Award for ‘Best New Community/Subdivision’ from the South Carolina Home Builders Association,” said Andrew (Andy) White, developer of Saluda River Club.  “It’s always especially meaningful to win an award from professional peers who understand our business and appreciate the beauty, quality construction and appealing lifestyle that are hallmarks of life at Saluda River Club.”

The Pinnacle Awards are the most prestigious awards given by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.  They were created to honor those in the home building industry who have achieved the highest standard of quality craftsmanship, innovative problem solving and customer satisfaction.  The annual competition focuses attention on the best builders and communities in South Carolina, and challenges the association’s membership to greater levels of achievement.
