Electric Guard Dog, the nation’s largest security fence company, has moved into ±20,500 square feet (SF) of space at the new Innovation Center at the University of South Carolina. The space was procured by NAI Avant senior broker Rob Lapin, with assistance from senior broker Paul Hartley, SIOR. The tenant representation team concluded the ±110,000 SF brand new, state-of-the-art facility would be perfect headquarters for the company looking to double their space and their employees.

Formerly headquartered at Synergy Business Park near I-20 at Bush River Road, they now occupy the entire fifth floor of the $25 million building located at 550 Assembly Street that opened earlier this year. With the move, the company plans to grow from 60 employees to 120.
The new Class A space, completely outfitted for Electric Guard Dog, features two all glass executive conference rooms, seven glass training rooms, 7 designated free flowing work areas, and an open floor plan flooded with natural light.
