S.J. Collins Enterprises (SJCollinsEnt.com), a commercial real estate development firm, has signed leases with five new occupants at Lexington Square, a new neighborhood-oriented retail center in South Carolina.

The retail hub will have Creative Nail Salon, Hollywood Feed, Sola Salons, Sikuya Japanese Sushi and Steakhouse and Orangetheory Fitness. A nearly 50,000-square-foot Lowes Foods grocery store will anchor the retail center.

Slated to open in summer 2017, Lexington Square is anticipated to create over 200 jobs for area residents. The retail center will include several other high-quality stores, service businesses and restaurants, with a total retail building square footage of almost 87,000 square feet, including Lowes Foods.

“We are very excited to bring Lowes Foods and several other high-quality retail, restaurant and service businesses to our project in Lexington,” said Justin Latone, a director of leasing for S.J. Collins Enterprises. “The tenant mix we have secured so far will blend very well together. We are currently negotiating leases with several other businesses as well to add to this diverse lineup.”

Located at 5222 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, Lexington Square is situated at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Hope Ferry Road. The location provides easy access to the retail center.

Leasing opportunities are still available for quality merchants in Lexington Square. For more information on the retail hub’s diverse merchandising mix or leasing options, contact S.J. Collins at 770-692-8300 ext. 130.
