Join Will Gragg, a historian of military payment coupons who has been collecting them for many years, at a free lecture this Friday at the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum. It is located at 301 Gervais St. in Columbia, sharing the Columbia Mills building with the State Museum.
