As chief development and marketing officer of the YMCA of Columbia, Wendy Broderick plays an instrumental role in the growth and strategic development of the Y. Broderick is a well-connected and highly respected development and marketing professional. She designed and executed the YMCA of Columbia’s first comprehensive fundraising plan in 2009 to develop sustainable support for the Y. The Y's Annual Campaign has grown 11-fold under her leadership. Broderick is a Certified Fundraising Executive. She holds Indiana University’s Certificate in Fundraising Management, University of South Carolina’s Grant Writing Certificate, and Cornell University’s Digital Marketing Certificate. Broderick was recently named 2018 Outstanding Fundraising Executive by Association of Fundraising Professionals Central Carolina Chapter.
