Mayor Pro Tem Tameika Isaac Devine and Richland One School Board Chairman Jamie L. Devine are hosting a screening of the new movie “BRICKED” on March 3rd, 2019. BRICKED follows a high school grad who finds himself in turmoil with his family as he battles coping with Bipolar disorder. This compelling film features amazing performances from TC Carson, Nicholas Ashe, and the lead actor Tracy J. Campbell.

BRICKED has partnered with therapists and counseling centers across the nation to bring affordable services to those in need. BRICKED has also started the movement #MENTALMATTERS that is smashing negative stigmas around mental illness.

This film released in limited theaters on January 24th, 2019 and continues to spread in theaters throughout the nation. It’s time to break the barriers and tackle the negative stigmas associated with mental illness.

After the screening, there will be a panel discussion with mental health professionals.
