Now entering its 50th year of service, Lions Vision Services has served as an industry leader for sight conservation and hearing aid assistance for under served communities across South Carolina for decades. To commemorate half a century of work in the Palmetto State and celebrate the organization’s plans for the future, The Mane Event anniversary celebration gala fundraiser will combine curated auction experiences, fine dining, lively spirits, and live entertainment at one of Columbia’s premier event venues: the Columbia Museum of Art. The proceeds from the evening’s activities will help un– and under– insured South Carolinians get access to vital healthcare services like eye surgeries, glasses, low vision equipment, vision screening, and hearing aids, and help LVS prepare for its next 50 years of service with new programs and initiatives.
