The Lexington Medical Center announces the construction of Lexington Medical Park 3. Located at 155 North Hospital Drive in West Columbia, the Park will house the Lexington Brain and Spine Institute, Lexington Oncology, and Lexington Women’s Care. Construction began in November 2015 and the building is scheduled to be operational in June 2017.

Lexington Medical Park 3 is a five-story, 175,000 square foot medical office building with more than 75,000 square feet of space for physician practices. The building is comprised of brick veneer, pre-cast concrete, and a curtain wall glass system. The first and second floors will include an atrium finished with tile flooring, wood paneling, and glass railings.

The building will house the Lexington Brain and Spine Institute, Lexington Women’s Care, and Lexington Oncology, which will provide neurology, physiatry, obstetrics, gynecology and oncology services for patients.

M.B. Kahn, which has a longstanding relationship with Lexington Medical Center, has provided preconstruction and construction services.
