NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR and broker Peyton Bryant recently represented the landlord in the lease transaction in the Landmark Professional Office and Medical Park. Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group will occupy 7,724 square feet of space in the Landmark I building, located at 3600 Forest Drive in Columbia.

The Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group will use this space to expand their family medicine services in the Forest Acres community. The new practice will open Spring 2018 and provide primary care services including annual wellness checks, chronic disease prevention and coordination of patient care. As the largest and most comprehensive medical group in the Midlands region, the Medical Group wants to ensure members in our community have convenient access to high-quality health care.

Landmark I is part of a professional office and medical park located in the heart of Forest Acres. The three-building property provides flexible floor plans and an attractively landscaped campus.
