NAI Avant announced the sale of 5,500 square feet of office space at 912 Lady St. Senior brokers Roger Winn, SIOR and Nick Stomski, SIOR represented the seller, Apex Development, LLC, in the transaction.

The space is located on the third floor of this turn-of-the-century historic building located on the Lady Street corridor in the Vista. The beautiful architectural features, such as exposed brick walls, post-and-beam construction, maple flooring, and heart-pine columns and beams, made it an attractive purchase.

American Specialty Health, Inc. purchased the space for $1,225,000.
