Greenville Technical College said it has donated a number of items used in the School of Health Sciences and the Economic Development and Corporate Training Division to Prisma Health to help with Coronavirus supplies.

Included were five ventilators (on loan), more than 50,900 pairs of gloves, 4,005 masks, and 480 gowns, school officials said. The donation was coordinated by the college’s Respiratory Care program.

“Our employees recognize the importance of putting tools in the hands of those who need them most and came together quickly to collect supplies across a wide range of programs,” said Dr. Keith Miller, Greenville Tech's president. “As we train future healthcare employees, we want to support the heroes on the front lines who are handling this crisis.”
