Over her career, she has managed large, complex contracts while leading substantial project portfolios and operations. As president of North Wind Site Services, she now leads more than 115 employees, driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and consistently strong performance and enterprise-wide success.
What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?
As a leader, I’ve learned the importance of being inquisitive -- asking questions and continuously learning. Curiosity fuels growth and helps me better understand people, challenges, and opportunities. I’ve also learned that effective leadership requires active listening, clear communication, and the courage to seek input from others. Growth happens when leaders stay adaptable, self-aware, and open to different perspectives.
