What makes you an effective leader? (Your greatest strength). What are you still working on?

I believe I’m an effective leader because I pair strategic thinking with a people-first approach. I work to build trust, set high standards, and create an environment where others feel supported to grow and succeed. As my responsibilities continue to expand, I’m also working on scaling that same level of mentorship and connection across a broader team.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

One thing I’ve learned is that long-term success is built through consistency, preparation, and follow-through. Over the years, that mindset has helped me grow as a leader, support others more effectively, and navigate change with confidence. It has also reinforced the value of collaboration and maintaining a high standard of service in everything I do.
