My greatest strength as a leader is clarity around vision. I know where we’re going, why it matters, and how to help others see their role in getting us there. I lead with purpose, consistency, and a strong sense of direction. What I’m still working on is creating more space for others to lead in their own way — without over-guiding the process. Strong leadership means not just casting vision, but giving others room to rise within it.
The best advice I’ve received is that you don’t know what you don’t know — and good leaders never stop learning. Stay curious, keep growing, and be willing to learn in every season of business. Lean into the process, ask better questions, and don’t be afraid to pay for expert help along the way. The right guidance can save you time, money, and years of learning the hard way.
My greatest professional accomplishment has been building something that has had a meaningful impact on children and families. Creating a space where kids feel seen, supported, and confident — and where families feel known and cared for — has always mattered most. Watching Dance Without Limits become part of so many childhoods, milestones, and family stories has been the most meaningful measure of success.
