THE CREEA GROUP

Columbia

Age 32

I have been in the real estate industry since 2013 and have specialized in commercial real estate since 2018. Today, I am the founder and managing broker of The CREEA Group, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage dedicated to helping investors, business owners, landlords, and developers make strategic real estate decisions throughout the Carolinas. Throughout my career, I have built my business on integrity, persistence, and a commitment to putting my clients' long-term interests first. Whether advising on investment acquisitions and sales, leasing, analyzing real estate portfolios, or development opportunities, I enjoy solving complex challenges and creating value beyond the transaction. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue expanding The CREEA Group's reach throughout the Southeast while building a firm known for the quality of its work, the strength of its relationships, and the value it creates for its clients. I believe success is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the impact we have on others. I hope to mentor the next generation of professionals entering our industry while using my knowledge and relationships to create opportunities that help people and communities thrive.

Favorite Quote and Why: "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." — Winston Churchill. This quote reminds me that business and entrepreneurship are filled with both victories and setbacks. Some of my greatest lessons have come from deals that didn't close or challenges that forced me to adapt. Staying resilient, continuing to learn, and showing up every day with determination have shaped both my career and my character just as much as my successes.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader is someone who creates opportunities for others while remaining accountable for the outcomes. Leadership isn't about having all the answers — it's about earning trust, making difficult decisions with integrity, and inspiring people through your actions. The best leaders invest in people, communicate with transparency, and leave every organization stronger than they found it.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: I would tell my 18-year-old self to stop worrying about having everything figured out. Focus on developing your character, your work ethic, and your relationships because those will take you further than any title or paycheck. Don't be afraid to take calculated risks, ask questions, and learn from failure. The setbacks that seem overwhelming today will eventually become the experiences that prepare you for your greatest opportunities.
