I am a passionate dentist with a strong commitment to advancing diversity, education, and community health. A first-generation college student, my career is marked by my dedication to serving underserved communities, contributions to organized dentistry, and exceptional achievements. I have devoted my dental career to increasing access to care, traveling with mobile teams to rural areas to provide school-based care, and providing comprehensive dental care to adults facing socioeconomic challenges. My involvement extends beyond the dental operatory, as I serve as editor of the South Carolina Academy of General Dentistry, director of membership and chapters for the American Association of Women Dentists, and chair for the National Dental Association Women’s Health Symposium Committee, which hosts enriching educational events for dentists across America. I use my social media platforms to encourage oral health literacy with a vision of creating healthier communities. I have been recognized by multiple dental organizations and the Medical University of South Carolina for my leadership, commitment to improving community health, and professional accomplishments.
