Grace Salter
Market Development Manager
Young Office
Columbia
Age 34
A native of Columbia, I attended the University of South Carolina and studied art history. After college, I began my career with a local real estate development company and was not sure where in the world my career would take me. At that time, Columbia was starting to experience a tremendous amount of growth, and I knew that I wanted to stay and be part of it. That's where my passion for the built environment began and continues to inspire me each day. Today, I serve as the market development manager for Young Office where I focus on cultivating relationships and bringing innovative workplace solutions to organizations across the Midlands and Augusta. Giving back to the community is paramount, and I have volunteered and served in leadership roles with local organizations and nonprofits for my entire professional career. As our region continues to grow, I am optimistic of the opportunities it will bring and believe it is truly an exciting time to be here!
