I am the CEO and owner of Olivia Cooley Real Estate, a boutique team I founded in 2015 at 22 years old. Since then, the company has grown to a team of 30 real estate professionals, serving more than 2,200 clients and closing over $600 million in real estate sales. I am passionate about training and developing agents while emphasizing market knowledge, integrity, and exceptional client service. My leadership has earned me and my team Best of Columbia honors for Real Estate Agent/Real Estate Team in 2021, 2022, and 2023. I was also honored with the South Carolina Women in Business Award and have appeared on HGTV programs including "My Lottery Dream Home," "First Time Flippers," and "House Hunters." A Columbia-area native and Columbia College graduate, I am an active member of the Junior League of Columbia. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Jude, cooking, exercising, and traveling.
