Moving from director of finance and administration to the CFO role over the state of South Carolina for the Diocese of Charleston was a huge leap for Kelly Engelbert. After working a pharma auditor for Deloitte & Touche, Engelbert moved to private equity investment banking, working as CFO and investment analyst while also managing a large nonprofit in her spare time. She then worked for St. Clare of Assisi Church overseeing the financing and building of a new church costing over $23 million and opening debt-free.
