Mungo Homes has announced that it has been recognized by Avid Ratings, which annually honors the top-performing builders and their team members who excel at customer service.

The Avid Benchmark Award recognizes builders who rank in the top 25 percent throughout the U.S. and Canada for exceptional survey responses provided by homeowners who closed between January and December of 2024. Earning the 2025 Benchmark Award were several Mungo Homes divisions: Charleston, with 95 percent and a winner each of the 20 years since partnering with Avid; winning for the third consecutive year, Columbia with 94.4 percent; winning for four consecutive years, Greenville with 94.8 percent and Raleigh with 94.7 percent; and threepeat winner, Savannah with 93.9 percent.

The Avid Service Award highlights individuals who receive outstanding satisfaction scores, standing out among thousands of professionals evaluated through the Avid CX platform. The following Mungo builders in Columbia were recognized for the first in the Construction category: Roy Greene, Jhon Gonzalez and Ray Wright; and two-time honoree, Joe Grimmer. In the Design category: Kyler Geib and Rachel Lovaas, from Columbia; and, in the Sales category, Lauren Popson from Charleston.

"At Mungo Homes, a commitment to continuous improvement has been a guiding principle for decades and these awards just show that we listen – really listen – to our customers,” said Director of Customer Experience Pate Graham.

Avid Ratings is the premium platform used by builders across Canada and the U.S. to gather feedback, benchmark performance, optimize operations, and cultivate exceptional experiences for homebuyers. Mungo has partnered with Avid for nearly 20 years.
