CADP joined their partners at NAI Columbia and Chesterfield to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Carolina Pines International Commerce Center, a new 36-acre Class A industrial development in Blythewood that will deliver more than 374,000 square feet of industrial space at full buildout.
This project is an important addition to Richland County's industrial inventory at a time when demand for modern industrial space continues to outpace supply. Investments like Scout Motors are creating new opportunities across the region, making speculative industrial product increasingly important to supporting future growth.
Quality speculative industrial space like this is critical to:
✅ Recruiting new companies to the region
✅ Supporting existing industry expansions
✅ Attracting suppliers to major investments like Scout Motors
CADP officials were proud to work alongside Chesterfield, NAI Columbia, Richland County, and their regional partners to help advance this investment and strengthen Richland County's industrial product.
