With more than 20 years of human resources and organizational leadership experience across manufacturing and corporate environments, including leadership roles with GE, FritoLay, and Waste Management, Janisha Thomas brings a deep understanding of what it takes to recruit, develop, and retain a strong workforce in today's evolving economy.
At Ritedose, one of Richland County's largest life sciences and advanced manufacturing employers, she helps lead talent strategy for an organization that continues to grow while supporting critical pharmaceutical manufacturing.
