Manchester Industries is a key player in the paperboard converting sector, specializing in custom-sheeted paperboard products. Operations in Columbia are expected to begin in Q4 2025.

“Manchester Industries is excited to join the Columbia business community and looks forward to creating new opportunities for local talent,” said Chase Bryan, finance manager at Manchester Industries.

“Our new Columbia facility strengthens Manchester Industries’ ability to serve customers with greater speed and efficiency. Central South Carolina provides a strategic advantage that aligns perfectly with our commitment to responsiveness.”

“We are seeing tremendous growth throughout Richland County, particularly in the northeast, as companies realize the talent and logistics assets available in and surrounding the area. Manchester Industries joins a longstanding history of successful manufacturers at the county’s Northpoint Industrial Park. We look forward to seeing it begin operations and bring new opportunities to citizens,” said Jesica Mackey, co-chair, Columbia Area Development Partnership/Chair, Richland County Council.
