Mungo Homes has announced Amanda Ball as vice president of the Columbia Market, a new leadership role that reflects the company’s continued growth, future expansion into Columbia submarkets and long-term commitment to the region. In this role, Ball will work closely with Market President Andy Evans to oversee market operations.

“I look forward to stepping into this role and working alongside our Market President and incredible team to align departmental goals and ensure we’re moving forward in support of our five-year plan,” Ball said. “I’m excited to build on the strong foundation already in place in Columbia while continuing to look for new opportunities for us to grow and evolve.”

Ball joined Mungo Homes in 2012 as a sales assistant and over the years, rose through the company’s management ranks. Most recently, she served as vice president of Sales for the Columbia market.

Ball has been recognized by Columbia Regional Business Report as one of the area’s premier Forty Under 40 honorees and received the Regal Award's Diamond Citation Award for achieving more than $150M in sales. In 2023, she led her team in setting a market record with more than 1,000 home closings in a single year.

Ball is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds a degree in journalism. She and her husband, Joe, have two sons.
