Mungo Homes is pleased to announce the addition of Ric Rojas as regional president of the newly created Mid-Atlantic Region, a strategic leadership role established to support the company’s continued growth and expansion. Rojas officially joined Mungo Homes on April 27 and will be based out of the company’s Raleigh office.
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Rojas has more than 32 years of experience in development and homebuilding, including serving as a region and division president for the past 20 years. In this role, Rojas will oversee all operations across Mungo Homes’ Raleigh, Richmond, and Triad markets. He will also serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Operations Team, reporting directly to CEO Geoff Shiley.
“I have known Ric for many years and am confident he is an excellent cultural fit for our organization,” said Geoff Shiley, CEO of Mungo Homes. “Ric brings extensive national homebuilding experience, along with deep expertise in land development and acquisitions.”
“Mungo Homes has an impressive history of growth and has developed a culture that retains talent,” Rojas said. “I am excited to be a part of the Mungo family.”
The addition of the Mid-Atlantic Region marks an important evolution in Mungo Homes’ regional leadership structure as the company continues to grow. The new region joins Mungo’s existing Coastal Region, led by Regional President Lee McLoud, and Central Region, led by Regional President Chris Condon.
