Noah Morris Named LS3P's National Living Market Leader

LS3P announced Noah Morris, AIA, LEED AP, CDT, has been named the firm’s National Living Market Leader. In this role, Morris will guide the growth of LS3P’s multifamily and senior living practice, supporting design excellence, strong client relationships, and collaboration across offices. With more than 20 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction, Morris brings extensive expertise across Living project types, including market-rate multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, and affordable housing. He has led design teams for more than two dozen public-private partnerships and affordable housing communities leveraging tax credit financing, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to housing that supports diverse populations and strengthens communities. Based in LS3P’s Raleigh office, Morris has played a key role on projects such as Kane Realty Corporation’s Porter Multifamily, Triangle Mobility Hub, a major joint development between GoTriangle, the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, and Hoffman & Associates Greystar modular housing developments, and Abbotswood at Stonehenge for Kisco Senior Living. He is active in AIA Triangle, ULI’s Housing Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hope Center at Pullen.
