Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announced a data event that may have affected a limited number of individuals' information.
Officials said that on June 18, 2025, Turner Padget experienced a network disruption that impacted certain systems.
Upon discovery, Turner Padget immediately took steps to secure their network and engaged third-party specialists to determine the nature and scope of the event, the officials said.
They said a thorough investigation determined that certain information stored on their network was subject to unauthorized access for a limited period of time.
The type(s) of data potentially impacted may include an individual's first and last name in combination with one or more of the following: Social Security number, driver's license or state identification number, financial account information and/or passport number, the officials said.
They said Turner Padget has taken steps to prevent the misuse of any data, and to date, Turner Padget has no evidence to indicate that any information has been or will be misused as a result of this event.
To obtain more information about the event, individuals should contact Turner Padget's dedicated call center at 1-833-378-0410, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Officials said individuals may also place a fraud alert or credit freeze by contacting the credit reporting agencies: TransUnion 1-800-680-7289; Experian 1-888-397-3742; Equifax 1-888-298-0045.
