About the Group
As an ensemble, Some Strings Attached’s musical relationship is rooted in friendship and collaboration. The group first came together as graduate students to premiere original works by pianist Jordan Knapp and has continued to champion original compositions and arrangements created by its members. Their performances can be found everywhere from concert halls and universities to coffee shops, libraries, and community spaces where curious listeners gather.
Richland Library’s Artist-in-Residence program supports artists while creating opportunities for the community to experience creativity, conversation, and artistic exploration in welcoming and accessible ways.
