Spann Laffitte is vice president of employee benefits at Companion Life Insurance Company where he leads sales, underwriting and administrative support teams to advance strategic product initiatives and long-term growth. He joined Companion Life in 2022 as assistant vice president and head of employee benefit sales and assumed his current role in 2024. Laffitte is a 2018 Liberty Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, he serves on the board of Salute from the Shore, an organization honoring military service members and veterans.
